Chamber Networking Events

Mixers

On the fourth Thursday of each month the Saratoga County Chamber holds a member networking mixer. Our mixers are held at locations all across Saratoga County from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The number of attendees can range from 125 to 400+ people depending on the location, weather and time of year. The host facility often provides discounted drinks and free appetizers for attendees. The cost to attend is $5 for those who pre-register and $10 for those who show up at the door.

The Chamber's Annual B2B Expo is held on December 15th 2020.  This is subject to change with any Governor's Mandate on guest sizes for in person events.

The first way for members to participate in what is the Chamber's biggest B2B networking event of the year is as an exhibitor. Exhibitor space is limited to 150 Chamber members and always sells out in advance. Exhibitors attend the B2B expo to network and meetup with other Chamber members and to promote their products and services.

The second way is as an attendee. All Chamber members receive FREE passes to get into the B2B Expo. And entrance to the Expo is limited to members and exhibitors from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. The expo opens to non-members with a business card after 5:00 p.m.

Besides networking, the B2B expo features food samples from a range of local Saratoga County restaurants. There is a cash bar and lots of opportunities to win prizes in raffles organized by exhibitors.

Business Development Groups

The Chamber's Business Development groups are similar to the Saratoga County Chamber's Leads Groups. They are category exclusive and were set up with not only a focus on lead generation, but also a peer to peer networking opportunity and an education component. Spring Golf Outing

At the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce Spring Golf outing, you can have fun, connect and conduct business! Our annual Spring Golf Outing is held in May. Come and enjoy a Chamber member course and sunshine while opening new doors with fellow Saratoga County Chamber members.

We will be looking forward to hosting a golf tournament for Spring of 2021!

Leads Groups

The mission of the Saratoga County Chamber’s Leads Groups and Business Development Groups is to provide structured opportunities for Chamber members to develop a network of relationships designed to build business through quality referrals.  Groups are limited to one representative from each industry (i.e. one realtor, one banker, one printer). Group members must be a member of the Saratoga County Chamber. Openings are filled on a first come basis.

Leads Group 1
Meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, 8:15 – 9:15 a.m. at the Chamber Offices, 28 Clinton Street, Saratoga Springs. Chamber Liaison – Denise Romeo, 584-3255, dromeo@saratoga.org.

Saratoga Business Network
Meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month; 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at various local restaurants. Chamber Liaison-Denise Romeo, 584-3255, dromeo@saratoga.org $14.00 lunch menu, all inclusive.

Business Development Group 2
